It sounds like you want to write about what you've been through and I think that is awesome. The birth of a child is a huge, sprawling piece, and I think it'll give you a lot of room to be open and personal while still balancing the immensity of the experience.
I think that you're experience being a young mother can develop into a great piece. In giving all the descriptive detail of your experience, what is it that we the readers will learn or acquire from your particular piece? I think that your topic allows for the opportunity to be extremely open in a way that will not "water down" your experience.
Being a young mother opens up a lot of possibilities - and your list takes this exploration in multiple directions. Good work! You might try developing the list even further and then looking for "groups" of ideas that work together. OR you might do it the other way - and intentionally choose aspects of being a young mother that DON'T go together (or that you think don't) and then try to fashion a story or point of view that puts them together. It might show your experience in a new light.
Or you might take one of your headings and do some write simply about that topic - take it really deep into that sub-topic of being a young mother. See how much you can get out of it.

I think you have a lot of great ideas. It sounds to me like you want to write about being a young mother but that you also want to explore the other relationships in your life as well. Your mentioned your relatioship with the father and with your family as well.
Being a mother is the greatest gift. Being young mother is something that is difficult and finding yourself as a woman and at the same time a mom is complex..
I have the same thing..
Sounds like you have had a lot of interesting experiences and acquired a lot of wisdom for a young girl. You've got my attention.
